We (Roleplay AI Bot) take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights.

1. What we collect

• Telegram bot token (to operate your bot)
• Your custom AI persona prompt or description
• Telegram chat IDs of channels and groups you connect
• Message content required to generate replies or comments. Message content is processed temporarily and not stored permanently.
• Usage statistics (number of generated comments or replies — no message content stored)

2. What we do NOT collect / store

• Message content on a long-term or permanent basis
• Personal messages of users outside bot interaction
• Any payment or billing information (handled by external providers)

3. How we use data

Collected data is used strictly to:

• Operate and maintain your AI bot
• Generate replies and comments as requested
• Display usage statistics in your dashboard
• Provide technical support when you contact us

4. Data processing and retention

Message content is processed transiently for the sole purpose of generating responses. Temporary technical storage (such as queues, caches, or logs) may be used and is automatically deleted after processing.

Configuration data (bot token, prompts, connected chats) is stored only for as long as your bot is active or until you request deletion.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except in the following cases:

• AI inference providers (e.g. xAI / Grok API) — only message content required to generate a reply or comment is transmitted
• When required to comply with applicable laws or legal obligations

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You may also object to or restrict certain processing activities as provided under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).

7. Data deletion

You can delete all your bot data at any time using menu in @roleplay_ai_bot. This will permanently remove your settings, prompts, tokens, and connected chats from our systems.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via Telegram or on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
